1,Within 30 days from customer received the package: If for items's quality reason,we bear all costs related in return proccessing; If for client's personal reason (ex: size, color),client have to bear the shipping fee and 5% handling fee.
2,If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item, without custom engraving and in its original condition, within 365 days of the date of purchasing for a refund or an exchange (shipping fees are not refunded). It's that simple. Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered and incomplete packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.

2. There won't be any restocking fee charged for exchange, but clients may have to bear the shipping fee. After your exchange or return request has been confirmed, the return address will be given to you to send back the items.
3. Please email us with pictures of the goods that you intend to return or exchange for our reference.
4.In order to make sure that we are able to receive your returned package, please be sure to contact us before sending it back. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.
5. The above is applied for the in-stock products, excluding any custom products and special offer products except for any quality problem. Please make sure Merchandise is unused and in original condition and packaging.

ABOUT CANCELLING:
We can cancel the order for you free of charge if you contact us in time after your purchase.
1.For in-stock orders, please contact us within 8 hours the minute you finish the payment.
2.For custom orders, please contact us within 24 hours the minute you finish the payment.
3.Overdue, a handling fee will be charged.
4.Orders can't be canceled once the parcels are dispatched or the products are being customized.
